The candle has a much thicker, stronger wick so it is designed specifically for outdoor use only and can withstand a little wind and rain.
Always use a heat resistant base, such as a concrete plant pot base.
Always extinguish with a candle extinguisher/snuffer.
For the first burn, do not extinguish until the candle has melted to approx 1cm from the edge to prevent tunnels forming.
Do not leave in direct sunlight for too long as they could melt and/or discolour. Avoid heavy wind and rain.
Never leave candles unattended.

The performance of these solar lights will be based on the amount of DIRECT SUNLIGHT the solar panel receives.
When placing the stakes in the garden, it is vital to ensure the solar panels are exposed to direct sunlight with NO shadow.The solar panel needs to be angled accordingly to the sun position at 12 noon.
This is a solar product and it requires sunlight to be powered. The length of time these stay illuminated depends on the time of year and weather conditions. They will still work in winter but only for a couple of hours from dusk. Approximate lighting times are: Spring = 2 - 5 hours, Summer = 5 - 8 hours, Autumn = 2 - 5 hours, Winter = 0 - 2 hours. Expect the brightness intensity to fade as the battery charge becomes low.
