Please allow 2-3 working days (excluding weekends & bank holidays) to process orders. All orders sent via Royal Mail or for larger parcels we use Despatch Bay 48 hour tracked service. Please note as we switch to this new service, deliveries will be despatched from us on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Larger items such as furniture carry a higher delivery charge, as stated on the product description.
We hope that you love your new items from Fairydusk. However, if you’ve changed your mind you can return the items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, providing that you contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. The returned goods must be received by us in an unused, undamaged and saleable condition.

The returned goods must be in the same condition as when you received them. Please ensure fragile items are wrapped carefully before returning to ensure they reach us in one piece. Please also include your order number and name with the returned item(s) as this will help us to track down your order details quickly.
When returning any item(s) we recommend recorded post and retaining proof of postage. We do not accept responsibility for items which are lost in transit, nor do we cover the costs of returning goods.
Returns and exchanges can take up to 5 working days to process once we receive the item(s) and refunds can typically take a further 3-5 working days to reach your account. Refunds will be issued to the payment method used when the order was placed.
